Pilot Use Case I:
Users: Citizens with no professional background on environmental services and administrative clients of the services offered by environmental professionals, like the services partner HSY offers for the Helsinki Metropolitan Area.
Scenarios:
1) Environmental education support
2) Health and safety related support
3) Administrative decision support
Pilot Use Case II:
Users: Professional and non-professional users. Professional users are from FMI. The targeted non-professional users are clients and users of the professional services, like the services partner FMI offers.
Scenarios:
1) Management support for setting up an env. Service
2) Quality assessment support
